Resuscitation (Book Two in the Reaper Series) – Now Available

After months and months of waiting, the second book in the Racing the Reaper series, “Resuscitation” is finally available on Amazon.

Read this review by one reader:

Resuscitation is better than the first novel of the Reaper series! Definate page turner! I couldn’t put it fact I didn’t until I had the entire novel read. From page one you are sucked in. So many twists and turns, keeps you guessing. I highly recommend this series to anyone and everyone, not just those in the medical field. I cannot wait for the third installment of this series..I just gotta know what happens next in the life and career of Jacob. Mr. Edgington has a brilliant talent!!!

Join the Facebook party (happening now) to celebrate release of the new book.  Lots of fun and games!!

#ZerotoHero: Apology

Just wanted to write a quick apology note. Earlier in the month, I had posted about “taking over” Jerrid’s blog to do the Zero to Hero challenge. As you can see, there hasn’t been a lot posted in that regard…. That’s because there hasn’t been a lot to post on. Most of it has been “assignment” related, and I haven’t wanted to detract from the focus of this blog which is about Jerrid Edgington as an author and a paramedic. As an admin on this blog, I thank you for following & reading. We hope you enjoy reading Jerrid’s posts and his books 🙂

WOW Wednesday: Meet my friend Jerrid Edgington

Awesome post by deetteanderton {http://www.deetteanderton} about Jerrid (The Edge) and “Racing the Reaper”. Thank You

Today my guest is my good friend and author, Jerrid Edgington, known as “The Edge.”

Jerrid has been a Paramedic since 1997 working in four different states. He is currently living and working in Poteau, Oklahoma where he is a Paramedic for Le Flore County EMS. He is happily married to Jody, and they’ve recently had an addition to their family on October 16th when they were blessed with the birth of Zoey, their daughter. Jerrid spent several years as a semi-professional football player, officiated high school varsity football and basketball, and also enjoys woodworking as well as writing in his spare time. Jerrid is currently writing a medical fiction thriller series called Racing the Reaper.

Jerrid’s book,  Racing the Reaper: Book One, is available now! It’s an awesome book, one I highly recommend.
Jerrid shares this about his book:  After a life altering accident that nearly left Jacob Myers paralyzed he…

#ZerotoHero: Day 6 – New Element

Running a day behind on this “challenge” – This is actually yesterday’s assignment.  I know – Bad form for an admin to be late in posting.  Ended up posting late last night and wasn’t able to stay awake to do this.  Plan was to get bright early start this morning to make up, but had some family issues come up…

On to the “assignment”  Try something new…. Try to embed (or add) a picture, video, song, etc into a post.

After conferring with Mr. Jerrid, it was decided that  a picture of the new cover art for his newly re-released “Racing the Reaper” book was in order…. And speaking of order  you can do so through Amazon as a Kindle eBook.  Click on the photo  to be taken to the Amazon website (to view and order).

Update to Day 4: #ZerotoHero – Explore the Neighborhood

Something any good author does is to mention other great authors – right?!?

As promised in the original post for Day Four of the Zero to Hero challenge….  Here are some awesome authors:

#ZerotoHero: Day 4 – Explore the Neighborhood

Today we are asked to “Explore the Neighborhood” and follow 5 new blogs.

Since I am only an admin and not the actual owner, I am going to decline from following any new blogs without first conferring with the actual owner….  Besides which, any blogs I followed would show up on my reader – not his.

I have asked if there are any blogs that he is aware of (either as an author and/or as a paramedic) and will update this blog should any come to mind.   I do want to mention Master Koda Select Publishing (why I  was thinking Master Yoda, I have no idea) as they have been instrumental in the editing & publishing of Jerrid’s “Racing the Reaper” books.

Here’s the link to the past Zero to Hero posts for this blog
